Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing tab. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep paid features until then.
What's the difference between monthly, yearly, and lifetime?
Monthly is the most flexible (charged per month). Yearly saves ~20% — you pay once for 12 months. Lifetime is a single one-time payment for permanent access to that plan tier, which is the best value if you plan to use theConsent for 2+ years. Lifetime plans are not refundable, so we recommend trying monthly first.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee on monthly and yearly plans. Just email billing@gettheconsent.com within 14 days of your initial subscription and we refund in full. Lifetime plans are non-refundable due to their one-time nature.
Is per-site pricing fair for agencies?
For agencies managing 10+ client sites, our Agency plan ($18/mo) covers up to 10 sites with all Pro features — that's $1.80/site/mo, significantly cheaper than competitors. For more than 10 sites, contact sales for volume pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, UPI (India), and net banking — processed via Razorpay. We do not accept PayPal or cryptocurrency at this time.
Are there any usage-based charges or hidden fees?
No. Pricing is flat per site per month/year. No charges for bandwidth, banner impressions, or visitor counts. Cookie scans are included up to your plan limit (Free: 0, Starter: 1/mo, Pro/Agency: unlimited).
Do I get a free trial of paid features?
When you sign up, you get instant access to Free plan features (no trial needed). Webflow staging domains (.webflow.io) automatically get Starter-tier features so you can preview Pro/Agency features in your design environment before subscribing.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
Yes. Razorpay generates a tax invoice for every payment, available in your Billing tab as a PDF. We can also customize invoices with your business name, address, and tax ID — just email billing@gettheconsent.com.
