1. Acceptance of terms
By using theConsent ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. theConsent is operated by theCSS Agency ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Service description
theConsent provides a cookie consent banner ("Banner") and dashboard for Webflow websites. We do not provide legal advice — you remain responsible for legal compliance.
4. Subscription & billing
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
- Lifetime plans are one-time payments and grant access for the lifetime of the Service.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions keep their original price.
- Payment processed by Razorpay — see their terms for payment-specific obligations.

6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent rate limits
- Resell the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to deploy banners that are non-compliant or deceptive
7. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit (banner configs, site info). Consent logs collected from your site visitors belong to you — we are a processor under GDPR.
8. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
